Server Maintenance

Users may have noticed occasional sluggishness and outages over the last week, the cause has been identified as a failing hard drive on one of our database servers.

The hard drive was replaced over the weekend but syncing of the hard drives is taking longer than expected to complete and so you may still experience occasional outages and sluggishness.

Once the drives have synced the other hard drive will be replaced at which point the server is likely to go down very briefly.

We have split some of the old regions and created some new ones.

The new regions are Yorkshire & East England.

When using regions in Data Search selections please be sure to check the GeoMap to ensure that it covers the desired area.

We hope you enjoy the changes and will find them useful.

The changes are currently only applicable to registered users, but will be rolled out to the basic search system in due course.

Further to our recent announcement on GeoMapping, we are pleased announce we have made our GeoMapping service available as part of our Data Profiling Service.

You can now map your client’s database on a map of the UK quickly and easily; breakdown the results by ‘sales team’, ‘industry’ or just about any data point available in your data.

If you need profiling, enhancement or data work of any kind, please do let our data team know today.

Simply tick the tick box for the count or shipment that you wish to exclude from your new Data Search.

Unlike before, when you make selections these will be remembered when you modify an previous Search.

Backward compatibility, please note that any searches run prior to this morning will remember any shipment de-dupes, however they will not remember any previous count de-dupes.

NEW - Importers Database
